How do I create an account?
Click on "Register for an account" button on top right corner of homepage. This action will take you to the "Create User" menu. Fill in the information and click "create user" at bottom of the page to create your account.

Triangleplace.com is a dedicated site for residential rental homes in the Triangle area in North Carolina. We solely target the residential home rental market. Traffic is pure without all the other "noises". We are looking for a high traffic count, but we target a local market and believe that the quality of hits to the site is more important than the quantity. During the height of the rental season, our site can easily exceed 25,000 visits per month.
You can keep track of the number of views any of your listings has gotten on your Account main page, and you will receive emails directly from interested customers to whatever address you register on the website, so you can monitor your own traffic flow, as well as edit and ad to your listings based on the feedback you receive.
How often is the website updated?
Immediately whenever a change is made to a listing. When images or details are added, or the listing status of a property changes, these updates are on the website instantly.
What kind of advertising do you use to promote TrianglePlace?

How many images can I upload for each property?
Photos are included in your listing for no additional charge, and you may present as many as you think is necessary to showcase your home in the best light possible. These photos can include the exterior and interior views of the home, floor plans, etc. Remember, it is not necessarily the number of pictures it has. Quality pictures over quantity will deliver better results. Useful and accurate pictures are what get the house sold.
How long does it take for my online listings to show up?
Your listing will appear immediately after you have finished submitting and activating it.
What do I do if I want to make any changes to my ad?
You can make changes online anytime. Just log in to your account and on your main My Account page you will see each of your listings. Click on the property address to continue to the listing where you can edit your listing and images.
Who do I contact for assistance or additional information?

Do I need an account to search the listings?
No. The site does not require you to register just to search. However, by registering for a free account, you can keep track of your “Favorites”.
How many visitors can I expect?
Visitor traffic to your listing That depends on several factors including time of year, location, price, and current market conditions. A complete listing (including complete descriptions and photos) will attract serious traffic and interest. The large image representing each property on the homepage will eliminate some window shoppers. We work to get you real traffic. meaning viewers you get are finding your listing because it's very close to what they are already looking for.
You can track the number of visitors and responses to your listing on your My Account page.
My listing sold, how do I take it down?
When on your My Account page, use the drop-down box to the right of the property to choose "Available", "Under Contract" or "Withdrawn". This will instantly update your listing's status on the website.
If you want to remove the property from the website and delete it entirely, check the box to the far right of the property address, and click the trash can icon at bottom that says "Update" - this will entirely remove your listing from the website, and should only be used if you no longer wish to use the listing information as it can not be recovered once deleted
How can I make my listing stand out more?
We highly suggest filling your listing with lots of quality pictures. In real estate, pictures will get the client in the house. The higher your image quality, the more people will check out your property.
How do I include images for my properties?
When you log in, from your My Account page, click on the property address you would like to edit. On the next page click "Manage Images". Once there, hit the “Browse” button to find the image file. Enter any caption you would like to include and hit the “Save and Upload Images” button.
How do I update my profile?
Once you log in and enter your administrative page, click the “Edit Profile” button.
What is the difference between “Available", "Under Contract", and “Withdrawn”?
“Available” listings are the properties that are currently posted on the website for prospective buyers to view. “Under Contract” listings and "Withdrawn" listings do not show up in the website search results, but are settings that allow you to keep your listing information saved on the website. To change the listing status of a property, log in to your account, and use the drop-down options to the right of the propety to select the listing status you want to use..
How long can I run my ad?
1 Year. After that point you will need to pay again to renew the listing.
How do people contact me if they are interested in my ads?
When you submit your profile, you can choose whether you want prospective buyers to contact you by phone, by email or both. If you decide to be contacted only be email, then only the email option will be shown in your listing. If you desire either (phone and/or email), your listing will display contact information for both.
How do I find a property?
You can use TrianglePlace’s powerful search engine to find what you’re looking for. You can search by city, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and price.
How do I use TrianglePlace?
TrianglePlace does not require your registration to view ads. All listings can be searched for free.
Registration for buyers is only required if you want to use the "My Favorites" feature.
You can create a listing to sell a home on the site for free, but you will be prompted to pay to Activate the listing.
Why aren’t there listings available under my specifications??
TrianglePlace.com is a site that property owners and realtors use to list available properties. Inventory changes daily, and everything that is available will show in the search results. If no ads come up in a search, then we currently do not have a property that fits your criteria. Please continue checking our websites for new listings.
I have encountered a bug in your application. What should I do?
We do make mistakes. And when we do, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will have the bug fixed ASAP.
If I changed my email and forgot my login, how do I log into my account?
You can reset your account at Login menu by selecting “forgot your password”. You can also contact us for help at email@example.com.
How do I get started?
If you’re a property owner, start by registering with us for free. Your free registration allows you to submit your properties and their images. If you are looking for a buyer, select the criteria that matter to you in the search bar. The search results will display any available properties satisfying those criteria. By registering for a free account with TrianglePlace, you can keep track of your favorite properties and view them anytime.
Can you help me list my properties? I have too many properties and do not have the time.
Yes. We have a service where we can setup the account and post each properties for you for a fee. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you with an estimate.
How Will I Be Billed?
Whether you decide to pay via Paypal or with credit card, you will be emailed a statement of your account at TrianglePlace. This email will serve as your receipt for the service. At any point in time if you require further assistance, you can always contact our staff (email@example.com).
How Can You Help Me Invoice Multiple Properties?
Realtors or owners with multiple properties should contact our staff (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can personally assist you in properly invoice you for your properties.
