You agree to list only properties managed by you or your property management firm. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings regardless of who enters the information on the website. All listings will remain on the site and may be deleted in the sole discretion of TrianglePlace. TrianglePlace reserves the right to change a subscription rate for the use of the site in the future. 5.	Rules of Conduct.
While using the Site or the Services, you agree not to:
-	Restrict or inhibit any other visitor or member from using the Site or Services;
-	Post or communicate pornographic material on the Site;

TrianglePlace does not render legal, brokerage, or other professional advice or services to either its Renters or Lessor customers.

12.	Indemnification
You shall be fully responsible for any violation of this Agreement or of any other agreement between you and TrianglePlace. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the TrianglePlace Parties from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorneys' fees that arise from your use or misuse of the Site or the Services. TrianglePlace reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate fully with TrianglePlace in asserting any available defenses.

13.	Governing Law
This agreement and any other agreement between you and TrianglePlace shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America, excluding its conflicts of law rules. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, such dispute shall first be submitted to the Small Claims Court of Wake County, North Carolina.
